We can do better.

There is no denying the inequality and systematic racism that exists in out country. It hurts my heart to see this behavior reflected in the quilting community.

I am a firm believer that a rising tide lifts all ships. My small shop is happy to share with you this list of quilt, fabric and fiber shops owned by women of color and minorities.

This list was not compiled by me, but I trust the woman who did, Jacinta Green. This list was posted to what I thought was a inclusive group on facebook and then quickly removed. I am sharing it here.
